Portal privacy
APSI de México operates this customer portal. This notice explains the information the portal uses and how to request help with your data.
Account data and Google sign-in
The portal uses your email, account identifier and the profile information you provide. If you choose Google, we receive your account identifier, email and basic profile, which may include your name and photo. We use these to identify you, create your account and sign you in. APSI does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendar.
Companies, courses and dossiers
We store registered companies and cities, roles and memberships, invitations, access requests, uploaded files and their review status. We also store enrollments, assessment responses, course progress and portal activity to provide training and document preparation services.
Who can access information
Access is controlled by company and role. Authorized company members can view that company’s materials; its administrators manage access. Authorized APSI staff can access the information needed for support and dossier reviews. Do not upload third-party data without permission to share it.
Services and storage
We use Supabase for authentication, databases and files, Vercel to host the portal, and Google when you choose that sign-in method. These providers process information needed to operate their services; hosting may be outside your country. Dossiers use private storage and temporary download links. Data received from Google is used for portal access and profiles, not advertising.
Cookies and retention
The portal uses session cookies and language and active-company preferences. We retain information while the account is used and to manage associated services. You may request deletion or correction by email; we will review your identity and documents shared with companies before handling the request and explain any applicable limitations. This version does not offer automatic account deletion.
Account control
You can sign out and request changes or deletion from APSI. You can also revoke APSI access in the third-party connections of your Google Account; this does not itself delete information already stored in the portal. Updates to this notice will appear on this page with an updated date.
